When your friend mentions your name to book and start an orthodontic treatment at a Medland Orthodontics practice, you’ll receive a $250 Mastercard giftcard. Plus, your friend’s treatment will receive a $250 discount. It’s a win-win!
So, how does it work?
The first time your friend contacts us, they’ll need to mention your name as the referrer – it doesn’t matter if it’s a phone call or email – we just need to know that you’ve been referred by your friend.
I’m currently in treatment, can I get a discount off my treatment instead of the gift card?
Absolutely! If you’re a current patient of Medland Orthodontics when your friend starts their treatment, we’ll ask you what your preference is.
Are there limitations to how many people I can refer?
No! You’re welcome to refer as many friends as you’d like to. Note that you’ll only receive the gift card when your friend starts their treatment.
The Fine Print
Past, present, and prospective patients are eligible to receive the gift card for the referral of any new patients commencing treatment from 00:01 on 01.01.2024 (GMT +10).
There are no limitations to the number of referrals an individual can give, however, the person referred must commence a comprehensive treatment plan with a minimum cost of $8,000 (AUD) to qualify for this offer. A comprehensive treatment plan is defined by Medland Orthodontics as ‘treatment on upper and lower teeth for a period of no less than 12 months’. A bonded retainer does not meet the requirements of a ‘comprehensive treatment plan’.
All gift cards must be collected by the recipient, or an authorised representative of the recipient, from Medland Orthodontics Benowa practice, located at 18 Carrara Street, Benowa QLD 4217.
The person referred must not have had any formal contact with Medland Orthodontics (including, but not limited to: submitted an contact form, called to schedule a consultation, received a consultation, etc.) prior to the first contact from Medland Orthodontics.
Medland Orthodontics is prohibited by professional regulations from honouring any referrals that are a result of a mass promotion conducted outside of Medland Orthodontics.
Past and present employees are ineligible to partake in this programme.
